Circles and Circuits by Hannah Jones - 48 piece jigsaw puzzle

Hannah Jones received a BFA in Painting from the University of Georgia in 1999, and has since lived and worked in Athens, Ga as a painter, ceramicist and musician.

"I've had a lifelong fascination with color and have always enjoyed the meditative process of working with my hands. My paintings usually begin with the idea of a particular color, and then I let them grow organically, with one color, shape, or line leading to the next. I like to think of my paintings as playful micro-worlds as well as a type of evolving abstract language. The individual components react to and interplay with each other in ways that reflect invisible biological and botanical processes as well as the idea of the energy that causes electronic circuitry to function and come alive."

Hannah fronts the band The New Sound of Numbers and plays drums with Mind Brains, which are both bands affiliated with the Elephant 6 music community in Athens. She has also played drums for local bands Circulatory System and Supercluster. She has worked at R. Wood Studio Ceramics for the past 18 years.
